After years in the business and working closely with our clients, we have developed certain guidelines by which we plan, design, and produce a website. Our web design process consists of five stages:
- Initial Consultation
- Site Structure Definition
- Visual Design
- Development and Testing
- Launch
Initial Consultation
Your new Web site will be developed by a professional design team. You will speak via phone with one of our project managers to explain your business, your style preferences and your goals. The call lasts about an hour, and written confirmation of project expectations will be e-mailed to you following this call. The project manager may request items from you such as company logo, content outline, etc.
Structure Definition
After initial website design consultation, we will work with you to develop a sitemap (visual representation of your content outline and site structure) and wireframes (non-graphical layout of web pages).
Visual Design
You will be presented with two mockups (design compositions) — a primary and a secondary design — within one week following the design consultation. You will then select a design and can make up to two revisions to your selection.
Development and Testing
After you establish your final design, our web development team begins construction of your Web site. The team will then integrate your text and other content (images, etc.) into the final design. Your website will be made available for your review. You will then submit a final set of changes to your content before the site is published or delivered.
Launch
We will publish your Web site live to the Internet.
